Sewing learning in Saint Paul for disadvantaged persons!

At Sew We Work: Learn*Work*Earn, we understand that there are a lot of people who need support, and sometimes desire to learn a lifetime skill like sewing, and we are ready to provide our services to the people of the Twin Cities area who may find themselves in a tight spot or in need of support. desire to work with disadvantaged persons who have a desire to create through sewing.

Rondo is closed for renovation and I had to stop teaching there - so many students I felt overwhelmed! That's a good thing!!

So, I am supporting Under One Roof, a program that teaches Subsaharan women sewing skills of all kinds - using sewing machines, making patterns, embroidery, and other types of thread work.

I also support learning sewing at First Lutheran Church on third Saturdays starting at 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Lots of fun, joyful noise and learning.
